Nací en la comunidad indígena de millpo en el distrito de vinchos a los 8 años aprendí a tejer chumpis o fajas en telar de cintura y los 9 años yo tengo que dejar a mi pueblo para ir a estudiar a la ciudad de Ayacucho a los 10 a 11 años aprendí tejer en telar de 2 pedales tapices ayacuchanos a lado de grandes maestros hoy por hoy el artesanía es mi sustento de mi familia.
Ciraco wurde in einer einheimischen Gemeinde von Milpo im Distrikt Vinchos in Huamanga (Peru) geboren. Er webt seit seiner Kindheit und schreibt sein frühes Interesse an der Kunst des Webens seinen Eltern zu. Im Alter von 10 Jahren verließ er seine Stadt und reiste nach Ayacucho, wo er von großen Weber Meistern lernte, wie man auf einem 2-Pedal-Webstuhl webt. Heute finanziert seine Kunst seine Familie.
Ciraco was born in a native community of Milpo, located in Vinchos district, Huamanga – Peru. He has been weaving since childhood and attributes his early interest in the art of weaving to his parents. By the age of 10 years, he left his town and traveled to Ayacucho, where he learned how to use the pedal tapestry loom along with two great master weavers, nowadays his art supports his family economy.
